The Garment Printing Club (GPC) is a student led and founded organization that I began during my freshman year at MassArt. As a Communication Design major with an insatiable passion for silkscreen, I found the exclusive atmosphere of the printmaking studios to be antithetical to the artistic flow at MassArt, which made me want to develop a space for silkscreen printers and to share my skills with newcomers.

I led weekly workshops for students across disciplines, teaching the basics and advanced practices of silkscreen and prepress. Soon, the GPC became the most attended student ran organization on campus and earned Student Organization of the Year in 2024. The club supported first-time printers, experienced members, and three large exhibitions.

Before graduating, I delegated the club structure to a small team of experienced heirs so the project would continue to live on without me.
